Can I purchase a Gift Certificate and how does it work?
Yes you can! Simply click on any Gift Certificate Item located any catagory, or click this link here. Fill in the recipients name, email address, and the price you would like to give, leave a message if you like, then click order. Once we receive your payment we will activate an online gift certificate and email your gift to the recipient email. The recipient can then come to the online shop and and order what they like. When they get to the shopping cart they will then enter the Gift Certificate code they received in their email in the Gift Certificate text box and the amount will be deducted from their Gift Certificate. If they have any extra it will remain on their Gift Certificate for later use.
Can you mail an actual hard copy gift certificate to someone?
Yes, we sure can. We can mail a hard copy Gift Certificate via USPS Standard Mail, see a photo of one here. To order please proceed as stated above. When you check out, on the last page in the message box, tell us you would like to send a hard copy rather than an email. Write their mailing address and we will include the message you wrote for them in an elegantly packaged Gift Certificate for the amount you purchased.(This is a great gift for the Holidays!) The best part, there is no extra charge for this packaging and mailing service!
I have a Gift Certificate, now what?
Whether you received your Gift Certificate via email or a hard copy you can proceed as follows. Simply shop around and pick whatever you like. In your shopping cart there is a field saying Gift Certificate, enter your code there. The code will appear in your email or at the top left hand corner of your hard copy. Click Update Cart and the amount will be deducted from your total before tax and shipping. If you have any unused money left, it will remain on your Gift Certificate code for future shopping.
I lost my code! Can you find it for me?
We can try to find your code. If this happens please email us with your name and email, and the recipients name and email.
Gift Certificates are non transferable.
We do not offer refunds on Gift Certificates.
Give Certificates may be redeemed online or at shows where we are selling, ONLY if you have your Gift Certificate code with you as we have no way of looking it up without the internet.
Gift Certificates have no cash value and can not be redeemed for cash.
